Do you sell brand new and pre-owned phones?
Yes. Use the condition filter to see brand new or pre-owned phones. New items come with a one-year warranty; used phones have six months of cover. Ask the team about the warranty terms for your chosen device.
How do I order a phone?
Open the product, choose its configuration and preferred colours, then select “Order on WhatsApp”. Your selection opens in a message to sales at +254 112 142 150. Tap Send so we can confirm stock, price and collection or delivery.
Can you deliver outside Nairobi?
We offer nationwide delivery, normally KSh 500–1,000 and within 24 hours after payment. The team confirms the charge and timing with you before dispatch. No deliveries take place after 5pm; you can also collect from our Parklands shop.
